Tagboard is a Chat Scripts script (online live chatting system).
Version 2.0.x uses a MySQL Database for a backend.
It is written in PHP 4 and as of now, requires register_globals to be "On".
It features a customizable look and feel via .css, cusotmizable tags via bbCode, IP Banning, Swear Filter, Flood Control, unlimited board admins, Admin name protection, End user & admin tag deletion capabilities, max character function and 183 unique smileys included!
